Sir Henry Spellman

He was a handsome gentleman (as appears by his picture in Bibliotheca Cottoniana) strong and valiant, and wore always his sword, untill he was about 70 or more, when, finding his legs to faulter though feebleness as he was walking, 'Now, said he, it is time to leave off my sword'.
